Create mode starts a new server from a spec. You choose tool selection, environment, prompts, and resources.

Update mode

Update mode edits an existing server configuration, including selected tools and prompts.

Reconfigure mode

Reconfigure mode reloads the current server spec and tool set so you can re-run selection logic.
